So much for saddle pads

Right after my last post a funny thing happened...I had a baby! Little DS is absolutely perfect in every way and he was well worth the wait and riding hiatus. I'm going to be a bit busy with all things baby for a while, but I am looking forward to updating you all on postpartum equestrian conditioning in the upcoming weeks. In the mean time I've been enjoying all your blogs during midnight feedings so keep those posts coming!

  1. Awww! Congrats on your new little man!!! I can't wait to hear about how he is doing (and how you do getting back in the saddle!) I'm hoping to be getting back in the saddle as soon as possible after the birth of my little girls!

Take care and sleep when he does!

  6. Can't believe I forgot the stats! He is on the bigger side, although he looks tiny to me of course. 8lbs 1oz, 20in long. 6 hour drug free labor. It was fast and furious.

  10. Congratulations! I just started following your blog. It will look forward to seeing how you balance the mom, horse, family, and work. I am a mom of 3 little boys, and, although I love (almost) every minute, my horse time has suffered. My youngest is 2, and I am hoping to get to my first show since BK (before kids) within the month. You plan on getting to a show in July?! Bravo to you, if you do, and if you don't, I'll understand why :-)
